Yes, as a convenience to our local retail customers.  If one of our resellers, who possesses a current year, Florida Department of Revenue Annual Resale Certificate, and a ‘in good standing’ purchasing agreement with us, sells you material they do not stock, the selling company may offer you the ability to pick up the material yourself. Hearin Lumber Company does not have a process for the collection of state or local sales tax.  In such, the collection of sales tax is the responsibility of the retailer.  In order to assure compliance with State of Florida commerce laws, any company wishing to establish a purchasing agreement must possess a current year Florida Department of Revenue Annual Resale Certificate.  For additional information send an E-mail to account@hearinlumber.com.
